TrinKids Director (Full-Time)

The TrinKids Director leads our children’s ministry (birth–5th grade), helping come alongside families to raise children rooted in the saving grace of Jesus Christ. This role oversees all weekly programming—including Sunday mornings and midweek gatherings—while equipping and shepherding a team of volunteers and leaders. The Director also leads key outreach efforts like Vacation Bible School and seasonal events, helping create meaningful connection points for both our church and the broader Tuscaloosa community.

This position combines hands-on teaching and leadership with strategic oversight, including volunteer development, ministry systems, and collaboration with church staff. We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves children, and is eager to build a joyful, gospel-centered ministry that helps kids know, love, and follow Christ.

DIRECTOR OF WOMEN’S MINISTRY

Trinity Presbyterian Church is seeking a part-time Director of Women’s Ministry to lead our Women’s Ministry Team, pursue and train women to lead and serve in ministry, and coordinate all Women’s Ministry events in alignment with broader ministry efforts at Trinity. The Director will foster a vibrant culture of belonging, care, hospitality, and growth in grace.

Director of Community Life

Trinity Presbyterian Church is seeking a part-time Director of Community Life to help our congregation connect deeply with Christ and with one another. The Director would lead our efforts in connection and assimilation, community life, and volunteer mobilization— fostering a vibrant culture of belonging, care, and growth in grace.

Assistant Director of Student Ministries (female)

The Assistant Director of Student Ministries will work primarily alongside the Pastor of Student Ministries in coordinating the ministry of the church to and through our female 6th to 12th grade students as all honor God, love students, and serve the church and world. In addition, the ADSM will assist in the ministry of Trinkids and other ministry work on an as-needed basis.
